Planning a Wedding
At CBC

We are very happy for you as you take this important step in beginning your new life as a couple. We have set up the following procedures to assist you in making your wedding a special day:

1.	At least six months prior to your planned wedding date, call Hope Simpson at the church office to request the use of the church facilities for your wedding/reception (241-8534). Click here for a printable information guide

2.	Obtain a *Marriage Handbook Packet*. This packet will outline the principles and procedures concerning weddings/receptions at Crestwood Baptist Church. Click here for a printable version of the member handbook packet Click here for a printable version of the nonmember handbook packet

	Please review it carefully. Within this packet you will also find: Two questionnaires - one for the bride; one for the groom A wedding contract

3.	Complete the questionnaires and mail them to the church office. Once the questionnaires have been received, Hope will schedule a time for you to meet with a pastor. (Note: the date for the wedding cannot be finalized until the couple returns the completed information sheets and meets with the minister.) Please keep in mind we cannot perform two weddings at CBC on the same day. Therefore, if a wedding is already scheduled on your first choice date, an alternative date will need to be selected.



IMPORTANT FACTS: With movable seating, the worship center can seat up to 900 people. The fellowship hall can accommodate approximately 240 people, at round tables and chairs for receptions. The center aisle is 40 feet long.
